I completed an all‑day fire safety course today with KCI Fire Protection Ltd for The Helicopter Museum (biggest helicopter museum in the world), and it was excellent from start to finish. The training was clear, practical, and genuinely confidence‑building.

Anthony was brilliant — knowledgeable, personable, patient, humourous and great at explaining things in a way that actually sticks. The hands‑on practical session was the highlight. Anthony made everyone feel safe while still giving us the real experience of putting out live fires. Highly recommended!

I recently attended a fire training course and found it really worthwhile. It was engaging, easy to follow, and delivered in a relaxed and friendly way. The instructor explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable asking questions.

The practical demonstrations were especially helpful, as they gave me the confidence to know how to respond in an emergency. I now have a much better understanding of fire safety and how to use the correct equipment.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable and informative course. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fire safety knowledge.
